Scottsdale Fashion Square Parking Garage

Scottsdale Fashion Square updated the colors on the parking structure. We only painted the metal. It was updated from sea foam green to dark brown.

 

This is one of the 3 towers that needed the sea foam green painted over. All the awnings got new paint too. The hard part was painting the decorative metal

The green awnings needed a thorough washing and prep before painting.

The metal was painted with DTM finish. We painted the wrought iron railings too.

We didn't paint the masonry, only the green metal and headache bars at the entrance to the garage
